Your employer will only see aggregated survey question data and not individual responses. No names or identifying information will be collected. In addition to the survey questions, we will request some basic information about your family, education, and income. The demographic data will only be used in aggregate, campaign-wide analysis. As administrators of the system, only WSU will have access to the raw data stored.
There are no personal benefits or anticipated risks to participating in this survey, however if you feel uncomfortable with a question, you may skip it.
Participation is voluntary and you can stop taking the survey at any time. Your decision to participate or not will have no impact on your relationship with your employer or WSU.
